Learn More About Our Tailgate
If you’re wandering through the back west corner of Lot E in Cincinnati on game day, chances are you’ll find yourself drawn toward pounding music, mouth-watering smells, and the unmistakable roar of pregame energy. Welcome to the Bengal Trailer Tailgate—an outrageous, high-octane, and unforgettable tailgating experience that has become the gold standard of gameday celebration in Bengals Nation. Founded in 2002 and captained by Greg Fischer and Tony Adams, this iconic traveling party has grown from a humble group of a few friends into a tailgating powerhouse that hosts hundreds (sometimes thousands) of fans at both home and away games.
The Bengal Trailer itself is a custom-built command post decked out in bold Bengals orange and black. Featuring a tubular-frame awning, towering 15-foot goalposts, a professional DJ booth, and enough grilling and deep-frying capacity to feed an army, the trailer is as much a visual spectacle as it is a functional food and drink machine. Three kegs flow freely—two tapped with Cincinnati staples like Hudepohl and Christian Moerlein, and the third with a weekly themed cocktail that pays tribute to that week’s opponent. One Sunday it’s Long Island Iced Tea for the visiting Giants; another, it’s rotisserie Buffalo meat or shrimp jambalaya when the Bills or Saints roll into town.
Gameday at “The Wilds”
A Bengal Trailer tailgate isn’t just an event—it’s an explosion of energy, music, creativity, and community. Nicknamed “The Wilds,” this tailgate zone is part neighborhood block party, part nightclub, and part circus. Literally. One week you might catch stilt walkers, jugglers, and unicycle-riding clowns. Another, you’ll witness flames shooting 30 feet into the sky as pyrotechnics light up the blacktop. Local DJs—including their in-house maestro, DJ Diamond—spin everything from old-school East Coast hip hop to west coast gangsta rap and 90’s alternative rock, depending on the opponent, of course.
What makes this tailgate so compelling isn’t just the party—it’s the people. Fans come for the food, drinks, and spectacle, but stay for the camaraderie. Greg, Tony and their crew have cultivated a vibrant, inclusive “tailgate family” that welcomes anyone with a love for football and a willingness to raise a gas can to their face—yes, that’s a thing here. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a veteran of the blacktop, you’re bound to feel like part of the tribe before kickoff.
And the Bengal Trailer doesn’t stay parked in Cincinnati. Over the years, the crew has brought the jungle to nearly every NFL city, firing up kegs, gas cans, and Skyline chili in places like Nashville, Kansas City, and New Orleans. The trailer even made a Super Bowl pilgrimage (despite restrictions) to Los Angeles and continues to evolve, undergoing upgrades to keep the party moving wherever the Bengals go. With only a few stadiums left to conquer, Greg Fischer’s mobile celebration is well on its way to completing its own version of the “Quest for 31.”
From early morning setup to the cannon blast that signals game time, the Bengal Trailer Tailgate delivers an epic pregame experience that’s second to none. If you're lucky enough to be in town on a Sunday, follow the sound, follow the crowd, and follow the flags waving high above the jungle drums. There's always room for one more at this legendary party.
